Job Summary
Overview of the Role

  • As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle’s HCM Helpdesk, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact human capital management solutions for our clients.
  • You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our HCM Helpdesk offering is optimally configured, implemented, and supported.
  • Your expertise will drive business process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience, contributing directly to organizational success.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a strong emphasis on the HCM Helpdesk module.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Customize and optimize HCM Helpdesk workflows, case management, and service request handling.
  • Provide hands-on technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents related to Oracle HCM Helpdesk.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion platform enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Tech/Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting the HCM Helpdesk module.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and HR service delivery models.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
  • Ability to work onsite at the PA office as required.

Other Requirements (Optional)

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile or other project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
