Summary Profile
Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading enterprise level system implementations across ERP, MES, and QMS platforms. Proven ability to deliver complex, cross functional technology programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Experienced in coordinating global teams, managing delivery risk, and driving successful deployments of mission critical enterprise systems without direct financial ownership.
Core Skills & Competencies
Enterprise Program & Project Leadership
• Leads the end to end project delivery lifecycle from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and close out
• Manages large, complex, multi workstream programs spanning IT, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations
• Applies Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies based on project scope, risk profile, and organizational needs
• Drives execution and accountability across cross functional teams and shared resources that do not report directly to the PM
ERP, MES, and QMS Implementation Expertise
• Direct experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Experience deploying MES and QMS solutions integrated with ERP to support shop floor execution, quality compliance, and traceability
• Coordinates complex system integrations across ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and reporting platforms
• Leads cutover planning, go live execution, hypercare, and post deployment stabilization for business critical systems
Agile, Waterfall & Delivery Methodologies (Preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, sprint planning, and incremental delivery
• Proven experience delivering Waterfall based enterprise programs with formal milestones, phase gates, and governance
• Comfortable operating in hybrid delivery models, aligning Agile execution teams within structured enterprise delivery frameworks
• Ensures delivery approach aligns with governance, risk management, and business readiness expectations
Azure DevOps Literacy (Preferred)
• Azure DevOps literate, with experience using the platform for:
• Work item and backlog tracking
• Sprint and iteration planning
• Dependency management and delivery tracking
• Status reporting and dashboards
• Partners effectively with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure transparency and delivery predictability
• Uses Azure DevOps artifacts to support cross team coordination and stakeholder reporting
Scope, Schedule & Risk Management (No Financial Ownership)
• Accountable for scope definition, schedule management, dependency tracking, and delivery risk mitigation
• Identifies and escalates technical, operational, and organizational risks impacting delivery timelines or outcomes
• Provides clear status, issue, and risk communication to business and IT stakeholders
• Partners with finance or program leadership as needed but does not own project budgets, cost tracking, or financial forecasting
Vendor & Systems Integrator Management
• Leads system integrators and third party vendors from a delivery and execution standpoint
• Manages vendor deliverables, milestones, and issue resolution
• Ensures vendor alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and delivery standards
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise scale IT or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience with ERP implementations in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience with MES and/or QMS deployments
• Hands on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Azure DevOps working knowledge preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
