Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile and SAFe methodologies to lead and facilitate Scrum teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
- Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts, etc.).
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters in a SAFe environment.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
