Job Details (Clean Summary)
Seeking an experienced AEM Engineer to design and optimize AI-driven automation across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Gradial AI platform, DAM, and change management tools like Jira or Workfront.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain AI agents in Gradial to automate AEM content updates and workflows.
– Integrate Gradial AI with AEM Cloud Services and AEM On-Prem environments.
– Use AI to support migration of legacy content into AEM, including template mapping and automated asset transfers.
– Build governance agents to enforce brand, SEO, and accessibility standards.
– Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-powered optimizations (e.g., Figma → AEM automation).
– Monitor and fine-tune AI agent performance to reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications:
– Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Cloud preferred).
– Hands-on experience with AI workflow platforms like Gradial.
– Expertise in API integrations and automation.
– Knowledge of DAM, content operations, SEO, and accessibility standards.
– Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
