We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UI frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
