Location: Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Type: W2 Only
Focus: Full-stack infrastructure and application reliability.
Key Requirements: 10+ years total experience; deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and DevOps automation. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and WebLogic/JBoss is essential.3. Sr. Python Engineer (AWS/AI/ML)
Location: Chicago, IL (Local/Nearby candidates only)
Type: W2 Only
Focus: Building scalable, backend, cloud-based applications.
Key Requirements: 5+ years of development (Python, Scala, or Java), 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and proficiency with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases. AI/ML experience is a plus.4. Bilingual Senior AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Type: W2 Only (Local/Nearby required)
Language: English + Spanish bilingual preferred
Focus: Conversational AI, NLP, and LLM implementation.
Key Requirements: 5+ years in AI/ML, Python mastery, hands-on experience with LLMs (RAG, Prompt Engineering), and building IVR/Conversational systems. Experience in Agentic AI and MLOps is highly desirable.
