Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Automate reporting and help enable self service reporting using Power BI

Data Management & SQL:

• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various relational databases.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and views to improve data retrieval efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting solutions.
• Assist in data modeling and schema design for new and existing data sources.

Insurance domain knowledge

• Resource needs to have good insurance domain knowledge
