Job Title: ServiceNow QA Tester / ServiceNow Test Engineer

Role Descriptions: Responsibilities – 1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Service Now applications| ensuring proper coverage of all modules and functionalities. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test objectives. 3. Conduct various types of testing| including functional| integration| regression| and performance testing. – Identify| document| and track defects| and work closely with developers to resolve issues. 4. Create and maintain test data and test environments. 5. Provide support and guidance to junior testers| as needed. 6. Work with the application team andor client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process. 7. Analyze test requirements| and design and execute tests. 8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Service Now testing.
