Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong Java development background to work closely with engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical understanding and experience managing product features through the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmap and feature requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams on Java-based applications and APIs.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize backlog and support agile product development processes.
- Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
Required Skills
- Min 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
- Strong technical experience in Java development.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and backend systems is preferred.
Work Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Fort Collins, CO (5 days/week).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
