ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The ideal candidate will work with structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and support data-driven decision making across business initiatives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and prepare structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and usability
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
• Develop machine learning models for classification, regression, and optimization
• Train, test, and validate predictive models using historical datasets • Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with business teams to define analytical problems and deliver data-driven solutions • Maintain, validate, and improve models to ensure accuracy and relevance over time

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Programming proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model development
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Experience creating data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business strategies
