Job Summary
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on architecture experience in ServiceNow EAM.
- Proven expertise in asset lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, CMDB dependencies, and service mapping. Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, automation, and platform capabilities.
- Experience in performance optimization and scalable design.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Good to Have Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management or ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Exposure to ServiceNow IT Service Management processes.
- Knowledge of financial management or depreciation models.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-EAM or related).
- Experience in regulated industries.
