Role Description / Skills:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements, translating business needs into well-defined functional and technical solutions.
- Break down high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and tasks, ensuring clear scope, acceptance criteria, and technical understanding for the delivery team.
- Define and communicate the product and project vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams on solution design, technical analysis, and effort estimation to support accurate sprint and release planning.
- Take full ownership of releases, including scope, quality, timelines, and deployment readiness.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, driving mitigation plans and timely decision-making.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, designs, and decisions in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence and JIRA).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, development, QA, DevOps, and onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communication and onsite delivery, providing regular updates, aligning expectations, and supporting UAT, go-live, and post-release activities.
