Position: Senior UiPath Developer (API Integration) – Healthcare
Experience: 10+ above
Duration: Contract
Location: Remote (USA or Canada location)
Visa: H1B and H4 EAD only applicable.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions that integrate RPA, APIs, and healthcare systems. This role will focus on building scalable automation workflows that integrate with internal applications, third‑party systems, and healthcare platforms to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.
The ideal candidate combines deep UiPath development expertise with strong API development and integration experience and preferably understands healthcare workflows such as revenue cycle, payer operations, credentialing, or clinical administration systems.
This position works closely with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver automation solutions that meet enterprise security and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities – RPA Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex automation solutions using UiPath
• Build scalable unattended and attended automations across enterprise platforms
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability
Key Responsibilities – API Integration
• Design and develop RESTful API integrations between UiPath automations and enterprise systems
• Build middleware connectors where direct UI automation is not optimal
• Implement OAuth, token authentication, and secure API communication
• Integrate automations with healthcare systems, EHRs, and payer platforms where applicable
Automation Architecture
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to define automation architecture
• Identify opportunities to replace UI automation with API‑first integrations
• Develop reusable automation components and shared libraries
Process Analysis
• Analyze operational workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Document process flows and technical automation designs
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years developing UiPath automation
• Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with C#, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
Preferred Healthcare Experience
• Revenue Cycle Management
• Provider credentialing and enrollment
• Claims or prior authorization workflows
• EHR integrations
• HIPAA compliance familiarity
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification preferred
