Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Marketing Cloud with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and a solid background in the Healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate will lead large-scale digital marketing and customer engagement programs within regulated healthcare environments, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
This role supports healthcare payer and provider organizations by enabling compliant, data-driven, and personalized member, provider, and broker communications.
Must-Have Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Marketing Cloud) – 5+ years
- Eloqua – Hands-on experience
- Healthcare Domain Experience (Payer/Provider/Health Services)
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Program or Large-Scale Project Management.
- 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing programs.
- Strong healthcare domain experience (Payer/Provider).
- Experience leading multi-vendor enterprise programs.
- Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
