Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.
We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate whose concentration has been coding and working under the hood. We are not looking for a functional consultant who has done some coding.
This is a great opportunity to work on a New Oracle HCM implementation.
Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules(Core HR, compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
Expectations:
– Candidate must have experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementations.
– Candidate must have experience in training and mentoring teams.
– Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check.
– SQL Experience is needed, and Python is a plus.
