JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Lead and deliver asset management initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions
– Plan, execute, and govern projects involving sales, marketing, distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation
– Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
– Manage stakeholders across business units, global delivery teams, and vendors
– Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
– Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
– Oversee financial services and asset management–related transformation initiatives
– Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across asset management programs
– Manage project governance, reporting, and delivery tracking
