Job Description:
• we are  looking for an iSeires QA analyst Job Duties/Essential Functions Designs, develops, and executes software test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Confirms accuracy and completeness of functional, integration, system, end to end, and acceptance test plans. Designs, creates and approves (or oversees the creation and approval of) project test cases, scripts and conditions as well as QA-related documentation.
• Develops and ensures adherence to standardized software quality assurance best practices, policies, processes and controls as it pertains to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develops and communicates accurate project estimates based on testing dependency analysis as requested by the project/management team.
Requirement
• Required Minimum 3 years’ software quality assurance experience.
• Experience testing in an iSeries (RPG) environment Strong knowledge of HP ALM and similar QA test tools.
• Strong knowledge of a typical SDLC, as well as experience testing on Agile or DevOps teams. Experience working on QA teams as part of agile processes and methodologies.
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently, with different groups and teams, utilizing solid communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent testing resource planning and test scheduling skills.
• Ability to produce effective software test plans and test cases. Ability to produce verifiable and consistent test evidence and results.
• Solid understanding of build tools and software configuration management standards. Software quality assurance experience.
• Experience testing in one or more of the following environments: Cloud based testing, UI testing, functional testing, n-tier client/server, and RDBMS. Hands-on experience using HP, IBM, or other industry standard SQA tools.
• Experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server or DB2 and the ability to write SQL queries using table joins.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and SQA methodology. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent test resource planning and test scheduling skills.
• Ability to produce and mentor others in creation of effective software test plans and test cases. Ability to write quality defects and work directly with developers to resolve the defects.

Health Care  domain background to lead large, multi-track digital marketing and customer engagement programs leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Marketing Cloud). The role supports healthcare payer and provider organizations by enabling compliant, data-driven, and personalized member, provider, and broker communications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platforms, leading transformation programs in payer or provider environments, and coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, business, technology, and vendor ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end Marketing Cloud programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, spanning multiple workstreams, releases, and geographies.
• Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps aligned with marketing and engagement outcomes.
• Drive integrated planning across campaign orchestration, journey design, segmentation, personalization, integrations, analytics, and user adoption.
• Ensure delivery commitments across schedule, budget, quality, and scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing leadership, business stakeholders, IT, compliance, privacy, and external vendors.
• Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, RAID management, and program status reporting.
• Translate business needs from Marketing, Sales, Broker, Provider, and Member Engagement teams into actionable program deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, regulatory constraints, and escalations with clearly defined mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Marketing Cloud solutions align with healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, consent management, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, security, privacy, and legal teams to embed controls into Dynamics 365 Marketing journeys, campaigns, and data models.
• Support audit readiness and maintain documentation for healthcare-specific marketing and communication controls.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 Marketing and upstream/downstream systems such as CRM, enrollment, claims, member platforms, CDPs, and analytics systems.
• Guide teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 Marketing architecture, release management, and environment strategy.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and marketing SMEs to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready digital engagement solutions.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, including onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Track benefits realization, ROI, and value delivery tied to member engagement, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Support SOW execution, change requests, and commercial governance as required.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing programs.
• Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a clear understanding of regulated healthcare communications.
• Proven track record managing multi-vendor, cross-functional marketing technology programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Job Description

Senior Integration & Composition Engineer to design and implement dynamic payload transformations and configuration compositions to integrate multiple systems reliably and efficiently. This role focuses on payload composition, transformation, and system integration across internal systems and external partners. The engineer will use JQ and Go templates to implement dynamic request/response mappings, configuration-driven workflows, and environment-specific integrations while ensuring scalability, resiliency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integration compositions across APIs, services, and platforms
Transform, filter, and enrich JSON payloads using JQ
Build reusable and parameterized templates using Go templating
Compose requests/responses for downstream systems based on business rules
Support system-to-system integration, orchestration, and data mapping
Troubleshoot integration issues related to payload structure and transformations
Collaborate with platform, API, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployments
Maintain versioned, reusable templates and transformation logic

Familiarity with orchestration frameworks
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Prior experience with payment platforms and end-to-end payment lifecycles
