Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Strategy Lead to define and drive the organization’s AI vision while designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise and requires the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
-
Define and evolve the enterprise AI strategy aligned with business priorities.
-
Establish AI vision, governance frameworks, guiding principles, and success metrics.
-
Communicate AI strategy and technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
AI Architecture & Development
-
Design scalable AI/ML architectures for production environments.
-
Build, deploy, and maintain high-availability AI solutions.
-
Develop and operationalize ML models using:
-
TensorFlow
-
Apache Spark
-
Work with AI platforms including:
-
Vertex AI
-
Amazon SageMaker
-
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.

Deploy models into production ensuring reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
-
Perform data mining and advanced analytics on complex datasets.
-
Mentor junior engineers and establish AI development best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
6–8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and development.
-
Strong experience building AI solutions in cloud environments:
-
AWS
-
GCP
-
Hands-on experience with data lake architectures.
-
Proficiency in:
-
Python
-
SQL
-
Java / C / C#
-
Experience with AI agentic systems and modern LLM-based architectures.

Experience with TensorFlow and/or SAS.
-
Familiarity with unsupervised learning and advanced model training methodologies.
-
Strong knowledge of database design and linked data concepts.
-
Scripting expertise (Bash/Unix shell, VBA).
-
Experience working with large datasets using tools like Talend.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced statistical modeling experience:

Causal inference

Time series analysis

Bayesian methods
-
Exposure to quantum engineering concepts (nice to have).
