Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong SDET / QA Automation background to support enterprise digital initiatives. This role requires a blend of product ownership and deep technical understanding of automation frameworks, SDLC, and CI/CD processes.
The ideal candidate must be capable of driving product strategy while ensuring quality-first delivery through close collaboration with engineering and QA teams. This is a fully on-site role in either Austin or Charlotte.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own product roadmap and backlog prioritization
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories
• Define automation-ready acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to ensure strong automation coverage
• Review test strategy, regression plans, and defect trends
• Ensure CI/CD quality gates and release readiness
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and stakeholder reviews
• Track quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Prior hands-on experience as SDET / QA Automation Engineer
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Strong understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Financial services domain experience
• API automation experience
• SQL / database validation knowledge
• Experience in regulated environments
