ROLE_DESCRIPTION –
Essential Skills:
Design and develop Pega BPM applications using Pega PRPC.
Build class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and convert requirements into technical specifications.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using APIs, web services, and databases.
Troubleshoot and debug complex Pega processes, rules, and integrations.
Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and system validation.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and adherence to security standards.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Pega best practice adoption.
Desirable Skills:
Pega certifications: CSA, CSSA, CLSA.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega CSHC / CPMHC.
Good knowledge of SQL, integration concepts, and API technologies
