💼 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with strong expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP to drive large-scale data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HANA/S4HANA implementations, data engineering, and cloud-based data services.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects using Syniti ADM

Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies and frameworks

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation

Work on SAP HANA/S4HANA implementations (1–2 projects preferred)

Ensure adherence to data governance and data quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve data migration and integration issues

Optimize performance of data pipelines and migration processes

🛠️ Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Software Development

4+ years of hands-on experience with Syniti ADM for SAP

Strong experience in SAP Data Migration & SAP HANA/S4HANA

Experience with Cloud Data Services: Azure Functions, ADLS, or AWS Glue

Knowledge of Data Governance & Data Quality best practices

Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

⭐ Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Python, Spark, PySpark, or PL/SQL

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or AWS Glue

Familiarity with Data Quality tools (Informatica DQ, Talend, Atacama)

Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
