C2C Requirement: Workday HCM Financial || McLean, VA

Role: Workday HCM Financial
Work Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Duration: Long term contract

End Client: Capital One

Immediate Interview

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and build solutions in Workday Financials, mainly for AP, AR, and other finance modules.

· Lead implementation and configuration of Workday financial solutions based on business needs.

· Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.

· Provide best-practice guidance and continuously improve financial processes.

· Prepare functional specs and detailed design documents.

· Lead testing activities including unit testing and UAT support.

· Provide post-go-live support and optimize system performance.

· Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integrations with other systems.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in financial systems, including 5+ years in Workday Financials.

· Strong hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL, and other Workday finance modules.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

· Experience leading Workday Financial implementations and testing.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Workday Financials certification preferred.
