Job Description/ Responsibilities
- The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for design, development, maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of CSM solutions and help provide best practices of the ServiceNow platform.
- Additionally, this role is also responsible for assisting with the customer onboarding platform level inputs for the migration of the customers’ current Client Onboarding platform – Connex into ServiceNow CSM.
- The architect will Lead the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for technical solutions proposed/implemented and all changes pushed to production.
- This is a SME/Subject matter expert role.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years’ experience and proven specialization in ServiceNow implementation with minimum 3 years of experience working as an Architect for ServiceNow CSM.
• Comfortable in working in a high-paced work environment and can adapt to rapidly changing business drivers.
• Software architecture & design experience.
• Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, Cloud migration, AI and RPA required.
• Experience with creating workflows in ServiceNow, Remedy or similar experience
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into automated workflow-based solutions
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
