JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot microservices.
– Work extensively in Kubernetes (approx. 60%) and Java Spring Boot & Microservices development (approx. 40%).
– Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
– Design and implement RESTful microservices architecture.
– Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
– Manage build processes using Maven.
– Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
– Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage secrets, certificates, and container registries.
– Work with distributed databases such as Cassandra.
– Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and code reviews.
– Mentor junior engineers and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
