Job Description:
Required key skills –
- Accountable for BTP landscape management, availability and performance of all systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for BTP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.
- Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of systems.
- Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
- Involve in proactive monitoring and performance tuning of HANA Cloud and BTP applications using tools like SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focus run, and SAP BTP Cockpit.
- Administer and optimize HANA Cloud DB instances, including upgrade, backups, recovery, scaling, and monitoring.
- Have a complete understanding of the SAP HANA on-premise and cloud environment.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve BTP issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers – Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
