Job Details:
Essential Skills: 16 years in procurement| with specific| hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing| P2P| Contracts) and integration with SAP S4HANA.Proficiency in Ariba Network| Supplier Lifecycle Management| and understanding of API-based integration.
Strong knowledge of indirect procurement categories| contract management| and analytical skills for cost savings analysis.
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Ariba functional modules of Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle, Buying & Invoicing
Role Descriptions:
Handle day-to-day operations in SAP Ariba| including processing requisitions| issuing POs| and managing invoices.Conduct RFx (Requests for ProposalQuote) and e-auctions to negotiate contracts and obtain competitive pricing for indirect commodities.
Onboard suppliers onto the Ariba Network| maintain vendor data integrity| and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service.Implement| configure| and refine Ariba modules (Buying| Sourcing| Contracts) to improve efficiency and drive automation.
Ensure all purchases adhere to internal policies| tax compliance| and SOX requirements. Understand the specific needs and objectives of the business customer. Act as a functional expert in procurement-related business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and develop business requirements. Define how Ariba applications will support business needs. Conduct impact analysis for new or changing business requirements. Analyze| determine| and document detailed system requirements. Validate that system configurations meet business expectations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Estimate work effort and coordinate design, development activities. Proactively resolve issues through effective work planning.
Mentor team members on business processes and functional areas.
Provide accurate status updates on deliverables| risks| and issues.
Promote a strong client service attitude within and across teams.
Manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
Support test planning| execution| and review phases.Assist with the creation and review of technical cutover deliverables for production.
