Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms, including at least two of the
following: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Workday.
3+ years of experience leading developers, engineers, or platform specialists.
Strong hands-on technical background designing, implementing, and supporting
enterprise solutions.
Proven ability to lead delivery in fast-paced, multi-platform environments.
Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors.
Ability to operate independently, make sound judgment calls, and drive execution
forward.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical
guidance.
Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and quality
outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with platform integrations (APIs, automation tools, data pipelines).
Exposure to global or multi-business-unit environments.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or enterprise service management practices.
Platform-specific certifications (ServiceNow, Microsoft, Workday).
Experience with identity and access management, security controls, or data governance.
Background in environments where engineering, operations, and business teams
collaborate closely.
