Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Support Executive to provide technical and business application support within Banking, Consumer Lending, and Mortgage platforms. The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, business rule configuration, reporting, vendor coordination, and ensuring
operational stability across integrated enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Office 365 Administration, Microsoft SQL Server, SolarWinds monitoring, and exposure to BaNCS Payments (Card Issuing) and Retail
Mortgage platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules.
Build and troubleshoot custom print forms.
Manage user groups, roles, and permissions.
Manage application versions and release deployments.
Monitor system performance, application logs, and integrations.
Support integrations such as:
nCino
Optimal Blue
Prepare HMDA update files and batch uploads to Encompass.
Maintain reporting databases and data warehouse structures.
Develop and maintain DDM (Dynamic Data Management) tables and rules.
Configure fee structures and related business fields.
2. Business Support Responsibilities
Run daily Hotlist processes.
Build and maintain Crystal Reports scheduler jobs.
Generate monthly survey and operational reports.
Maintain vendor service passwords and LOS configurations.
Manage business contacts within LOS (payees, employees, etc.).
Create ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities.
Technical Skills Required
Application & Infrastructure
Strong experience with:
Microsoft SQL Server 2019
Microsoft Office 365
SolarWinds
ServiceNow
Confluence
Knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting tools.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (firewalls, IP segmentation, whitelisting).
Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and BCP processes.
Exposure to IIS / Apache Tomcat (plus).
Experience in Incident & Change Management processes.
Banking & Mortgage Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of Banking / Consumer Lending operations.
Experience with Retail Mortgages.
Exposure to TCS BaNCS Payments / Card Issuing module.
Familiarity with mortgage platforms, appraisal systems, and document share platforms.
Understanding of HMDA regulatory reporting.
Reporting & Database
SQL querying and troubleshooting.
Reporting database management.
Experience with Crystal Reports.
Ad-hoc reporting capabilities.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Vendor management experience.
Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
