Job Title: Platform Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks to build and automate our cloud data platform. The role focuses on CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, environment automation, and Databricks platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Databricks and Azure services.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep.
Manage Databricks clusters, jobs, Repos, secret scopes, and workspace governance.
Implement monitoring, RBAC, cost optimization, and platform security.
Troubleshoot deployments, jobs, and compute issues across environments.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines) and Git.
Expertise in Azure Databricks (workflows, Repos, clusters, security, APIs).
IaC using Terraform (preferred) or Bicep.
Strong scripting in Python / PowerShell / Bash.
Good understanding of ADLS, Key Vault, AAD, and Azure networking basics.

Preferred certifications

AZ-400 / DP-203 certification.
