Project Manager – Oracle Finance Cloud
EXPERIENCE_RANGE_IN_REQUIRED_SKILLS_ Project Management
ROLE_DESCRIPTION –
• Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Expertise in MS Project Plan, JIRA, Confluence tools.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates.
• Oversee configuration, setup, enhancements across GL, AR, AP, Cash modules.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables.
Skill & Experience
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, RMCS, EPM, ERP modules.
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering finance-technology transformations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial process and systems integration.
• Proficiency in change management, training, testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Solid leadership and team coordination skills managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
