Duration: Long Term Contract
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and optionally Business Continuity Management
- Configure solution UI elements such as Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalogs, and Portals
- Develop and maintain workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events
- Create and manage Update Sets, import data into GRC tables, and build integrations via Integration Hub and REST API
- Support functional and UAT testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and support user training
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, governance processes, and best practices during development, upgrades, and patch deployments
- Collaborate with team members in agile/scrum or DevOps environments, managing multiple priorities and complex integration requirement
- Troubleshoot and resolve user related issues and defects
- Ensure CMDB CI classes, attributes, and relationships required for GRC applicability are accurate and complete
- Validate CI data for application-to-control mappings and ownership
- Build or refine Transform Maps and workflows to bring CI data into GRC modules
