Job Title: Python Developer (Kafka + QA Automation)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – In-Person Interview Mandatory)

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Python Developer with strong development capabilities and solid QA/automation knowledge. This role requires building scalable data validation and automation frameworks while working closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend solutions using Python
Design and build automation frameworks and test suites (PyTest preferred)
Perform API testing, reconciliation testing, and data validation
Work with streaming data pipelines using Kafka
Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve release quality
Create automated validation for large datasets and business workflows
Support CI/CD processes and code versioning
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python development
Experience in QA methodologies and test automation
Experience building automation frameworks (preferably PyTest)
Knowledge of API testing and data validation
Hands-on experience with Kafka
Experience with AWS services: DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift, S3, IAM
Familiarity with Pandas, PySpark, and Git
