Overview
The organization is seeking a highly experienced Oracle DRM/DRG Senior Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise metadata management across multiple financial systems. Oracle DRM serves as the central metadata and mapping hub feeding Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud, and Oracle ERP GL.
This role requires deep technical mastery of the DRM platform, extensive experience in finance and accounting environments, and the ability to apply best practices to both ongoing operations and enhancement work. The SME will support existing applications across all SHUSA entities, including SBNA, and will not be working on project‑based implementations—this is a hands‑on, operationally focused role.
Candidates must bring 10–15 years of experience and be fully self‑sufficient at a senior/lead level. This is not a role where training or mentoring on DRM will be provided.
