Job Title: Anaplan Consultant (Solution Architect FP&A)
Location: Princeton, NJ Onsite Key Responsibilities
Work in Agile delivery model; analyze sprint user stories and convert them into Anaplan deliverables.
Design, build, and enhance scalable Anaplan models following DISCO and PLAN standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and remove sprint roadblocks.
Drive end-user demo sessions, capture feedback, and implement enhancements.
Coordinate with integration teams for inbound/outbound data flows involving Anaplan.
Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles; publish test results and obtain business sign-off.
Create and maintain Functional, Technical, and SOP documentation.
Manage migration of Anaplan models from lower environments to production.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.
Conduct end-user training on Anaplan models and UX/UI applications.Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model design and development.
Solid understanding of DISCO and PLAN modeling standards for performance optimization.
Experience with Anaplan UX and UI to build user-friendly applications.
Deep understanding of FP&A processes and financial planning concepts.
Experience in:
R&D Planning
Gross-to-Net Planning
Accruals and Financial Planning
Knowledge of Anaplan security (Selective Access, Dynamic Cell Access).
Strong understanding of model and workspace management.
Experience supporting Financial Close processes (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
Pharma domain experience is a plus
