Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development and biomedical system administration experience
Mandatory Technical Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with MarkLogic and MongoDB
-
Proven execution of complex migration scenarios

Advanced experience with AWS, including:
-
Production experience with GenAI / LLM / NLP systems applied to biomedical data
Biomedical & Regulatory Data Expertise
-
Hands-on experience with FDA, AACT, and ClinicalTrials.gov datasets and APIs
-
Deep familiarity with regulatory data standards and compliance
-
Proven experience working with NLM data sources, including:

PubMed
-
PMC
-
Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)
-
Experience in large-scale automated ingestion, normalization, and semantic integration of biomedical data
