SAP People Analytics combines workforce reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive insights across SAP SuccessFactors.
A strong SAP People Analytics professional typically has capabilities in the following areas:
Core Functional Skills
Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models, including Employee Central, Talent modules, and HR master data structures.
Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP People Analytics (Stories in People Analytics, Reporting, Workforce Analytics, and Workforce Planning).
Ability to translate HR and business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and operational reports.
Familiarity with workforce metrics, KPIs, benchmarks
