Job Description Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Expert (US Payroll)
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Expert with 6+ years of experience, specializing in US Payroll. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and configuration within Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle Fusion US Payroll modules end-to-end
Manage payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll runs
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations, taxes, and statutory requirements Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and issue resolution Work closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams for integrations and enhancements
Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US Payroll mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of US tax, payroll compliance, and statutory reporting
Experience with payroll implementations, upgrades, or support projects
Good functional troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
Experience:
6+ years in Oracle Payroll, with a strong focus on US Payroll
