Position: Project Manager – Patient Feeding Solution Deployment (Healthcare)
Location: Charlotte, NC – Onsite – Need Local candidates Only
Duration: Initial 6 months, with anticipated renewals for up to 18 months

Rate: $70/hr on C2C

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a second Contract Project Manager to support the deployment and rollout of a new patient feeding solution across hospital and acute care facilities. This role will work in parallel with other project resources to manage execution, coordination, and delivery across multiple sites.

This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on project management experience in healthcare environments, particularly hospitals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support rollout execution of the new patient feeding solution across facilities
Manage site-level deployment schedules and readiness activities
Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans
Support testing, training coordination, and go-live activities
Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance artifacts
Ensure alignment with broader migration and sunset timelines
Required Qualifications

3–7+ years of project management experience
Healthcare experience required, specifically in:
Hospital environments
Acute care or healthcare hospitality operations
Strong organizational and execution skills
Experience supporting multi-site or phased rollouts
Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare application rollouts
Familiarity with patient services, dietary, or hospitality workflows
PMP or equivalent certification.
