Position: SAP PL2PR Lead
Location: This role requires onsite presence from day one, for five days a week, at the Rivian Plant in Normal, IL.
Duration: Contract

SAP PL2PR Consultant for an onsite engagement in Normal, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP end-to-end Plan-to-Produce / Procure-to-Pay / Production & Procurement business processes with hands-on configuration, integration knowledge, and stakeholder management experience.

The SAP PL2PR Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing SAP solutions, supporting implementation/enhancements, and ensuring smooth integration across SAP modules relevant to production planning and procurement processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for SAP PL2PR processes.
Configure and support SAP modules related to production planning and procurement.
Perform functional configuration, documentation, testing support, and deployment activities.
Work on integration points across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, etc.).
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF).
Coordinate with ABAP/technical team for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Participate in SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and go-live support.
Ensure process alignment with standard SAP best practices.
Create process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
12+ years of SAP functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PL2PR processes.
Strong experience in SAP modules such as:
SAP PP
SAP MM
Integration exposure with SD / FI / CO (plus)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement business processes.
Experience in support/implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle).
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Must be comfortable working onsite in Normal, IL.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of QM / PM / EWM integrations.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
