Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Developer with strong Sterling OMS functional expertise to support application development and production support activities. This role requires working onsite in Dallas, TX and includes both on-desk and on-call support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application development support for IBM Sterling OMS
Handle production support activities, including incident resolution and on-call support
Work closely with business and technical teams to support order management processes
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and system issues
Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of Sterling OMS applications
Support enhancements, fixes, and system improvements as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience as an IBM Sterling Developer
Solid Sterling OMS functional knowledge
Experience in application development and production support environments
