Sr. Quality Test Automation Engineer
Location – Alpharetta, GA(Day One Onsite) • Assess “as-is” QE processes across applications:
o Release cadence, testing cycles, handoffs, defect flow, sign-offs
o Test planning, E2E ownership, and cross-team coordination
o Current TDM/TEM practices (data provisioning, refresh, masking, approvals)
• Review and rationalize test assets and traceability:
o Requirement-to-test mapping, coverage gaps, duplication, reuse potential
o Establish/validate traceability matrix expectations for E2E • Define the “to-be” E2E testing operating model: o Roles & responsibilities (scenario owners, app owners, triage owners) o Entry/exit criteria, governance gates, definition of done for E2E o Change control and impact analysis approach for E2E flows • Establish standards for: o Test asset reuse and consistency o Defect triage workflow, severity model, RCA capture o CI/CD integration checkpoints from a process standpoint o Data management and environment readiness processes • Create a continuous improvement framework:
o Feedback loops, review cadence, KPI dashboards, adoption tracking
o Facilitate workshops with business, QE, engineering, and ops stakeholders and drive sign-off.
• 8–12+ years in QE process consulting, test program management, or transformation roles.
• Strong experience with enterprise QA operating models across multiple teams/applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/SAFe delivery, release governance, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to define metrics that actually drive behavior (not vanity metrics).
Strong facilitation skills: workshops, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Comfortable working with technical teams while keeping outcomes process-driven and measurable.
• QE transformation programs, E2E testing initiatives, or large-scale automation adoption is a great plus
