MDM Technical Lead-Architect C2C jobs -Hybrid Role

Role: MDM Technical Lead-Architect
Location-Pittsburgh, PA (Day 1 Onsite-Candidate needs to work 4 days at
the Client Office)
Duration: 12+ Month

Required:
• 10+ years in enterprise data, MDM, or integration architecture roles,
with 3–5 years in a technical leadership or delivery oversight capacity.
• Solid technical background in Oracle PDH or equivalent Product MDM
systems.
• Experience coordinating across multi-team delivery structures,
influencing without direct reporting lines.
• Demonstrated experience with data integration frameworks, API design,
WebMethods, or equivalent integration middleware.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Azure, or
AWS) and modern data engineering patterns.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, SLAs, incident management,
and performance optimization.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills — able to bridge business
requirements and technical execution.
• Experience with data pipelines for machine learning or data enrichment
solutions.
• Exposure to low-code application platforms.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks for data lineage, stewardship,
and metadata management.
• Prior experience in a regulated or enterprise-scale environment (life
sciences, manufacturing, or healthcare).

Success Metrics
• Accurate and timely delivery of MDM technical features and
integrations.
• Stable and performant MDM ecosystem (meeting or exceeding SLA and MTTR
targets).
• Reduced rework and improved delivery predictability across teams.
• Clear and actionable architectural documentation and standards.
• Effective coordination and accountability among distributed delivery
teams.
