Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To have 10+ years functional experience with Order-To-Cash environment
- Good experience in configuration and developments
- Good experience in outputs and Smart forms
- Experience in Data conversion
- Experience with interfaces, reporting, conversions and workflows
- Experience in preparation of functional specifications, development testing and preparation and execution of test scripts
- Knowledge of modules MM,FI/CO, WM
- Good experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
- Work with stakeholders to identify which sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and specific company codes
- Analyse existing SAP SD processes, custom developments (Z-objects), and interfaces to determine what needs to be moved, changed, or removed
- Define which master data (customers, material masters, pricing records) and transactional data (open orders, pending invoices) need to be extracted from the source system
- Identify gaps between the current setup and the required standalone operational model for the new entity
- Configure the new sales area structure (Sales Org, Distribution Channel, Division) and shipping points
- Set up new customer master data, ensuring that Business Partners (BP) are correctly configured for the new legal entity
- Rebuild or adjust pricing procedures, condition tables, and tax determination rules to comply with the new entity's requirements
- Set up intercompany billing and sales processes to manage business transactions
- Create and configure new sales order types, delivery types, and billing types specific to the new entity
- Map customer master, material master, and condition records from the old system to the new environment
- Handle the migration of open sales orders, delivery documents, and billing documents
- Perform end-to-end testing of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle to ensure that sales, shipping, and billing function properly
- Coordinate with business users to validate the system
- Prepare detailed, step-by-step documentation for the go-live, including the sequence of data loads, system locks, and final data verification
- Actively monitor system performance and resolve bugs or data issues related to SD processes in the new environment
