About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Cloud Developer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves working with the Informatica Cloud platform to design, develop, and manage cloud-based ETL processes and data integration solutions. As part of the team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement Informatica Cloud solutions for data integration and ETL processes.
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for handling large datasets and automating data flows.
Integrate data from various sources into cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless and reliable data integration.
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data transformation and validation.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement and manage cloud-based data solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure accuracy and performance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ETL development with a strong focus on Informatica Cloud or Informatica IICS.
Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Data Management.
Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) for data transformation and querying.
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and experience with data lakes.
Experience integrating with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of API integrations, including RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Experience working with Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-native data solutions and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with data security and compliance in cloud environments.
Experience with automation scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
Certifications in Informatica Cloud or related cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
