Senior UI/UX Designer
• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through high fidelity design and delivery
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and quality • Present design concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and clients • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG), responsiveness, and consistency across platforms • Influence product and experience strategy through design thinking and user insights
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic data
• 6–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Experience designing complex enterprise or large-scale applications
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular • Strong CSS architecture skills • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Experience with digital transformation or legacy modernization (preferred) • Experience mentoring or leading design teams (preferred)
