Required Skills:
- 8-15 years of experience managing software development programs or technical project delivery
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience managing programs involving:
- Backend systems and microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Enterprise or large-scale software applications
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and client-facing programs.
- Strong program management, execution discipline, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to drive risk management, technical triage, and data-driven decision-making.
