Job Summary:
· We are looking for a Salesforce Product Operations Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of Salesforce products.
· This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Salesforce product roadmap planning and execution
· Coordinate releases, enhancements, and backlog prioritization
· Track product performance, adoption, and operational metrics
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
· Manage documentation, processes, and change management
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience with Salesforce (Admin, Product Ops, or related role)
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
· Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
