• Proven record of shipping successful web products from concept to
launch in an Agile/Scrum environment
Technical Skillset
• Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables/Tokens, Libraries)
• Deep understanding of Responsive Web Design and cross browser fidelity
• Strong familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Technical fluency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, modern
JavaScript frameworks like React)
• Ability to translate design intent into reusable patterns maintainable
by multiple teams
