Role description:
Provide hands-on administration of Wintel environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy (GPO).
Administer VMware platforms (ESXi, vCenter) and manage complete VM life-cycle activities.
Troubleshoot high-severity (P1) incidents alongside cross-functional teams; perform packet-level analysis with tools such as Wireshark.
Manage storage and file systems, including SAN, NAS, RAID and LUN provisioning and performance tuning.
Configure and support networking components needed for server and VM connectivity (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
Operate and maintain enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Rubrik or Cohesity.
Work within 24×7 production environments that enforce strict SLA and uptime requirements.
Experience Required: 6–8 years.
