What the client is really looking for:
A senior Business Analyst who has hands-on experience with Zuora Subscriptions (and Zuora 360) and understands Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash end to end. This is a functional + systems BA role, not a reporting-only or documentation-only position.
Your core focus will be:
- Improving and automating subscription and billing processes using Zuora
- Working across Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and IT
- Supporting Quote-to-Cash flows (CPQ → Contract → Subscription → Billing → ERP)
- Translating business requirements into system solutions
- Participating in UAT, testing, and validation
- Driving process optimization, not just gathering requirements
Must-have experience:
- 10+ years as a Business / Process Analyst
- 2–3+ years of real hands-on Zuora Subscriptions experience
- Strong knowledge of Q2C / O2C, CPQ, SaaS billing
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and enterprise systems
Good to know:
- Overtime is rare and only if approved
- Hybrid role — local candidates preferred
